 April 8, 2021 - Cowichan Tribes opens up vaccinations to all Self-Identified Indigenous members living in the catchment area, and their households

Vaccine First Dose Clinic Information

To Be Eligible For the Vaccine 

  • Age 18+  (members aged 16-17 can come get a consult with a nurse or doctor on-site);
  • Have not received the first dose;
  • Indigenous members living in the Cowichan Valley, and their households on-reserve or off-reserve in Duncan, Mill Bay, Cowichan Bay, Chemainus, Crofton, and Maple Bay

Please Make Sure You

  • Bring your BC Service Card or Care Card
  • Bring a mask to wear on-site
  • Are symptom free
  • Are not currently in self-isolation as directed by health professionals

All Indigenous people in BC age 18 or older may now register for a COVID-19 first-dose vaccination appointment

Call any time Call 1-833-348-4787, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily

You will need to provide your:
  • Legal first and last name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Postal code;
  • Personal health number (aka: care card);
  • Phone number (a direct line to you or your support person)

The call centre agent will confirm your appointment date and time at the location nearest to you
