Total Reserve size:
2,389 hectares (5,903 acres), comprised of nine Reserves.

Cowichan Tribes is made up of seven traditional villages:

  • Quamichan (Kwa’mutsun)
  • Comiaken (Qw’umiyiqun)
  • Koksilah (Xwulqw’selu)
  • Somena (S’amuna’)
  • Clemclemluts (Lhumlhumuluts’)
  • Khenipsen (Xinupsum)
  • Cowichan Bay (Tl'lulpalus)
Cowichan Tribes has recently acquired several additional properties and an application has been made to have these properties added to the Reserve.
